Big Mommas Like Father Like Son

FBI Agent Malcolm Turner and his 17-year-old stepson Trent go undercover at an all-girls' school for the arts, after Trent witnesses a murder. They pose, respectively, as Big Momma and Charmaine, in order to find evidence incriminating the murderer before he finds them.

Jamal Walker (Martin Lawrence) is an everyday slacker with a job at a crummy theme park called Medieval World, which is about to receive big competition from another theme park, Castle World. While cleaning a moat surrounding the park, he finds a medallion in the moat and when he tries to retrieve it he gets sucked into the past. He awakes in England, 1328, where he is first met by a drunkard named Knolte. He then searches for Medieval World, but he finds a castle that he thinks in Castle World, so he decides to check it out. The tenants of the castle believe him to be a French Moor, from Normandy, because he tells them he is from Florence and Normandie, the notorious intersection in South Central Los Angeles where Reginald Denny was attacked by blacks during the Rodney King riots.

Jamal is soon taken in by the reigning king, King Leo (Kevin Conway). He is assumed to be a messenger from Normandy who the king believes to be bringing news of an alliance between England and Normandy. Although at first Jamal thinks that all the people around him are just actors in a theme park he changes his mind when he witnesses a beheading. He gives his name as Jamal "Sky" Walker after his high school basketball nickname, and, after gaining trust from the king by accidentally preventing his assassination, Jamal is made a lord and head of security. Advertising executive Nick Beam (Tim Robbins) thinks his life is going very well -- until he returns home from work and discovers that his wife (Kelly Preston) is apparently having an affair with his boss. On the edge of a nervous breakdown, Nick drives around the city until small-time carjacker T-Paul (Martin Lawrence) jumps into his SUV and attempts to rob him. Turning the tables on his mugger, Nick kidnaps T. Paul on the spot and drives him to the desert. After T-Paul robs a gas station in the Arizona desert, the mismatched pair devise a scheme to rob Nick's boss in revenge for the affair.

Nick knows the combination to a safe in his boss's office containing a large amount of cash, as well as the best time to enter, and where not to venture in the building. T-Paul knows the weaknesses of the security system, how to avoid the cameras, and how to get through any electronic locks that they might encounter.... More>>

Blue Streak

Miles Logan (Martin Lawrence) is a jewel thief who, along with some accomplices, steals a $17 million diamond in Los Angeles. Things go awry during the robbery when one accomplice, Deacon (Peter Greene), wants the diamond all for himself. Deacon manages to kill one member of the team and tries to escape with the diamond. This wastes time as Logan and Deacon argue over it, and the police end up closing in on them and Logan makes a quick escape to a nearby construction site. He is forced to hide the diamond in one of the vents, hoping to later come back to the building and claim it. Logan is caught and arrested as a robber, but no proof goes towards his taking the diamond. Deacon is assumed to have escaped, leaving Logan to his fate. Logan spends two years in jail, leaving his girlfriend, Janiece (Tamala Jones) to forget about him. After he gets out of jail (with one shoelace), he returns to his girlfriend's house and assumes that she gained weight when he first sees her cousin instead. She is angry for him lying to her by telling her that he was a banker and turns him out. Logan has no other place to go, so he heads back to the spot where he hid the diamond. Much to his surprise and dismay, he finds out that the construction site is the location of a new police headquarters....More>>>
