Deputies arrest one of three wanted suspects in Colleton county

UPDATE: Deputies make arrest in homicide case

66 year old Tyrone Atkins died from blunt force trauma to the head. Dorchester County Sheriff's Deputies say several interviews and search warrants lead them to identifying 49 year old Billy Joe Bates as a suspect. Bates worked for Atkins, by doing odd jobs around his house.

One of three suspects wanted by authorities in Colleton county is now behind bars. Deputies arrested Marion "Trell" Campbell Saturday evening, for drug and gun violations. He was considered armed and dangerous.

Two other suspects are still at large, Donnell Glover, also known as "Big Man," is wanted for distribution of crack cocaine. Henry Campbell, known as "Red," he's also wanted on drug and gun violations, and considered armed and dangerous. Campbell has a cross and thug tattooed on his right arm, along with a tattoo of a rose with the name stacy on his chest.
